Vidyo is happy to announce that help has arrived in the form of a newly revamped Help Center. We’ve revised, restructured, and reorganized our support system to better serve all of our customers’ needs. The new look and improved functionality means easier access and support. Read below for more details and then check out the new site here!
Here are some new features customers can now enjoy:
On the homepage of our new Help Center, you’ll find five major categories of articles. Instead of having to scroll down the page to navigate to the correct categories and sections, you can now simply click on a category to view only those articles that are of interest to you. Of course, the home page still includes a search bar, so if you prefer, you can always use that to find the information you need.
|Follow Sections! Get Announcements!
Are you a cloud customer eager to hear about the VidyoConnect™ desktop and mobile apps? If so, you’ll definitely want to follow the “Announcements” section in the “Conferencing and Collaboration” category. On the other hand, if you’re an on-premises customer, you’re probably more interested in following the “Announcements” section of our “On-Premises Administration” category.
All you have to do to automatically get announcements about a particular section is click the Follow button in that section. After that, you’ll get an email whenever we add an article or update to that section. And don’t worry—we won’t fill your inbox with emails. We’ll only alert you on product releases or other important issues.
As always, our Help Center will continue to offer these convenient features:

Once you’ve logged in, you can access the Help Center library, manage your ticket submissions, or talk to a support agent. You’ll never have to go anywhere else to get the support you need.
|Easy Ticket Submission
If you’ve already spent time trying to solve a problem, we know you don’t want to spend even more time filling out forms. Our Help Center saves you time and reduces stress by offering user-friendly ticket wizards and content suggestions. You’ll be able to quickly submit tickets and promptly get back to business.
|Available Anywhere, Anytime
Because problems don’t always occur during normal business hours or only when you’re sitting in front of your computer, our Help Center continues to be available for your use at any time, on any browser, and on any mobile device.
With the new Help Center, you can continue to engage with Vidyo Support agents by chatting. With chat, you can get real-time personal service from a Support agent without being stuck on your phone.
As a reminder, the Help Center features are available to everyone, but you must be a registered user and sign in to access all these new benefits. (Another good reason to become a registered user!)
